💬 FAQ I get all the time… and most people are VERY off here 👇

💩 Your p**p should not be tiny pellets or little pieces.

🍌 A healthy, well-formed bowel movement should be closer to:
👉 3–4 bananas in length (yes, really)

That tells me:
🥦 you’re eating enough fiber
💧 you’re hydrated
🔄 your motility is working
⚙️ your gut is actually moving things through efficiently

⚠️ If you’re only going small amounts, straining, or not fully emptying… that’s not “normal,” even if it’s common.

🧠 It’s often a sign your gut needs support.

Start here:
🥗 eat enough (especially fiber)
🚰 hydrate properly
🧘‍♀️ slow down at meals
🔄 support motility (not just “go when you can”)

📊 Your p**p is one of the clearest daily signals of your gut health.

❗ Don’t ignore it.
🔎 If this isn’t you, it’s worth digging deeper.

📌 Save this so you know what to look for 👀

💧 The lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement, hydration, and compounds in foods that support bile flow, circulation, and inflammation control.

🌿 If I were trying to support lymph daily, I’d focus on:

🥬 Bitter greens (arugula, dandelion)
❤️ Beets (bile flow + methylation support)
🫚 Ginger + turmeric (anti-inflammatory, improves circulation)
🥦 Cruciferous vegetables (detox + estrogen clearance)
🫐 Berries (polyphenols for lymph vessels)
🌾 Flax (binds and helps move things out)

🚿 Think of lymph like a drainage system.
⚠️ We need to open drainage pathways before we “detox.”

💬 Comment LYMPH and I’ll make a full lymph support guide.

🌸Most people are told that endometriosis is just a hormone issue.
But many women with endo are also dealing with histamine and immune dysfunction.

⬇️Here’s the connection:
Histamine ↑ estrogen
Estrogen ↑ histamine
Both ↑ inflammation and prostaglandins (pain)

🚨This is why many women with endometriosis also have:
• Painful, clotty periods
• Bloating that gets worse throughout the day
• Headaches or nausea around their cycle
• Reactions to wine, leftovers, aged foods
• Feeling puffy or inflamed before their period

➡️From a root-cause perspective, we look at:
Gut health
Estrogen detox
DAO support
Mast cells
Nervous system
Environmental triggers like mold

👉🏻Because endometriosis is not just a hormone problem.
☝🏻It’s an inflammation + immune + gut + detox problem.

Comment ENDO if you want help connecting your root causes.

I’m going to start to do this to show you guys more of what I’m eating
For me, it’s a constant balance of satisfaction, trying new things as I come out of my food, all allergies and getting some fun back into my food
For the last number of years, food has not been fun
So it’s definitely been a process to get myself more engaged with my food again
This week I have:
tofu
tuna
Df pudding 😋
ginger tea
feta for my greek salad
chicken burgers
matcha
blueberries for smoothies

& tons of veggie and fruit!! Kiwi, oranges, grapefruits, Beers’s kale, celery, carrots!
