Incredible results of combining a with a repair.

Closure of a septal perforation is incredible complex; to repair the hole in the nasal septum Dr. Kwak incorporates an open rhinoplasty approach to fix the septum using the same lining that is naturally found in the nose. This is important because this lining maintains proper function of the nose and replacing this lining by using alternative grafts such temple fascia, cheek lining, or skin can lead to nasal issues such as dryness, pain or irritation.
