Hi Everyone,

I am going to be figuring out a way to shut this page down as since last March 2023 when my full business platform via Shopify, FB and my gmail were all compromised I have had constant issues.
This page is no longer feeding from my IG account as there is some issue I can not seem to fix and I feel that whomever was in the accounts still have control in some way. The reason NO posts have been posted for a while on here is that unless I post individually on here my IG is going to my personal page.

So, if you would still love to follow my page and be part of my community which I would love, then please connect with my new page which I have added the link of below.

Hopefully I can get thing realigned with a new page and relink my new IG which I will start using soon.

I am so elated to be presenting at the YWCA in Hackensack next Tuesday July 30th. This free workshop will cover just the basis of what is Energy, how is it part of us and how does it impact every part of our lives and our being.

Those that attend will learn the bases of how to tap into your energy, how you are creating your life with your thoughts, words and your frequency and vibration. We will do some body energy work so you will be able to feel your energy and know what it feels like when you tune into it.

This will be an informative, yet interactive workshop so come with and open mind and ready to tune in and tap into the amazing world of ENERGY!! 💫🪐✨

The first thing that brought me to a place of deep inner peace ☮️ and connection back to my inner knowing, my intuition, was Reiki and is is still part of my everyday life in so many ways!

Reiki is not just a modality connecting us back to the world 🌎 of the unseen, the world of energy, frequency and vibration. It is a way of life, it is the steps that move us to our remembering who we are and reconnects us back to our innate knowing we hold the power!

When I stepped into the world of reiki, I started to expand my mind, feel a deep sense of peace, balance and it pulled me in like a dance. I wanted to learn more, dive deeper and the of course became a Reiki Master Teacher.

As we are moving through shifts individually, collectively and with the earth. This is one tool, I use daily to clear my mind, energy, food, space and tune into my intuition.

This is something I say is the best place to start to embrace and remember you are energy and to learn how to tap into the energy and magic all around you.
It is like a warm blanket that you can turn on anytime you need support, guidance or need to feel some peace ☮️!

Welcome to my IG platform! for those who don’t know me, here’s a brief introduction ☀️

I embarked on a profound journey 20 years ago to heal from childhood trauma, programming, belief systems, and ancestral patterns, seeking what I see as the mastery of oneself. This journey has had many peaks and valleys from a challenging divorce, a failed business, the loss of my townhouse, unhealthy relationships, several moves, job changes, etc.

I have been in the lowest of lows and been many times in the depth of darkness working to stay in the light and on this path. The journey has not been an easy one, however, growth and freedom seldom are!

This all however, let me to my true calling, which is helping others navigate their own challenges, life changes, awakenings, and areas that require deep healing, and self discovery.

For the past nine years, I’ve been in Energy Worker and Reiki, layering in many other modalities to assist those I work with and I am continually working on myself as the work never ends as I see it.

Healing and mastery of oneself is a process, which I’ve not only learned and experience, but also witness through creating custom processes for my clients.

I love what I do and find so much fulfillment from what I do in seeing the blossoming of others as they step into who they are here to be.

What have I learned in my 20 years on this journey?
Firstly, I am not only doing the work for me, but for my children 🧒 and line, this is a gift 🎁 for everyone!!
I had to learn to be the love ❤️ I did not receive, which is what many of us are here to learn.
So many of us and I was guilty of this myself, we focus on what we think 🤔 is broken, however, we only need to be focused on our growth.
Lastly, but the being challenge, learning to be 🤦🏼‍♀️, can you relate to this, OMG 😳 this is really to me a constant and one that I work on daily!!

Lastly, is always have for yourself as walking to wholeness is work my friends!!

Testimonial Tuesday ✨

It’s been a while since I shared a Client testimonial, this one from Alexander is so special to me as Alexander was on quite a journey with IBD from the time he was in high school.

When I first started working with him, he was not able to hold down a full-time job as he could only be away from his home for no more than four hours because his stomach challenges have become quite severe and he needed to stay close to home due to those challenges.

Alex, was fully committed to his process and working with me, which is what is required from my clients who do the deeper work. We discussed and worked on clearing and getting to the root cause of when the stomach challenges began, and with the deep root clearing work and other body energetic work, I was able to help. Alexander become the master of his body and his mind. He connected deeply to the process of grounding with the earth and the trees, and literally began to feel the vibration through his whole body, which created such a huge shift in him.

Within the year of working together he was able to land himself a full-time manager position, and he and his wife had put a deposit on their own home, which he was excited to share had a huge backyard that faced a mountain and had lots of trees.

This is just one of the many success stories that I am so blessed to share, and Alexander still to this day, maintains his practices and has maintained doing energy sessions with me to keep himself moving forward and managing his mental and physical health.

The body is always speaking to us, and truly there is not any challenge which we have created that we cannot change if we are committed fully 100% to doing the work.
