We use Dungeons & Dragons and other tabletop roleplaying games as a platform of engagement.

Welcome to Tabletops & Therapy! We want to invite you to join us in an Adventure in Mental Health Treatment! We are excited to provide a unique therapeutic experience to anyone who might have trouble in a traditional group therapy setting, those who want to try something different, or any who just really enjoys D&D and other TTRPGs.
