🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Provide in-home Early Intervention OT services to infants and toddlers (0–3) under supervision of a licensed OT
• Implement play-based, routine-based, and family-centered interventions aligned with IFSP goals
• Support development in fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-help skills, and daily routines
• Coach and educate parents/caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home
• Complete accurate session documentation and progress notes promptly
• Collaborate with supervising OTs, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in team meetings, training, and mentorship opportunities
🎓 Qualifications
• Active California COTA license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience
• Pediatric experience may include early intervention, clinics, schools, daycare, hospitals, or related settings
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfortable providing home-based services
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, EMR, etc.)
• Genuine passion for working with young children and families
