Today, we recognize and honor all who have served: individuals whose courage, discipline, and resilience continue to inspire innovation and leadership far beyond the battlefield. One of our NeuroTechR3’s Advisory Board members exemplifies that enduring spirit. A decorated U.S. Navy officer who served aboard a Guided Missile Frigate during Operation Desert Storm, he carried forward the same strength and precision that once guided his crew into his career in finance, corporate and investment banking, materials science, and technology. From the Persian Gulf to pioneering technologies powered by AI, his journey reflects the powerful intersection of resilience, service, and innovation. We thank him and all veterans for their service, sacrifice, and continued leadership in building a better future.

Our team had a fantastic time presenting our latest stroke rehabilitation case series at !

The poster, titled "Improved Upper Extremity Function in Individuals with Chronic Stroke by Combining a Home-Based Exergame Rehabilitation Program Paired with Vagus Nerve Stimulation," highlights promising results using the R3THA™ system with VNS to support upper extremity recovery in chronic stroke survivors.

With just 20 minutes of home-based training a few times per week, participants experienced clinically meaningful gains in motor function, showing that accessible, tech-enabled rehab can make a difference, even years after stroke.
