We know we have had patients worried about this. White River is IN NETWORK with United Healthcare.

We’re pleased to share that White River Health has reached new agreements with UnitedHealthcare (UHC).

WRH has secured a two-year agreement for commercial plans and an extension through December 31, 2026 for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans.

What this means for you:
All UnitedHealthcare patients will have uninterrupted in-network access to White River Health through the end of the year. You can continue scheduling appointments and receiving care just as you normally would.

This outcome reflects the work our team put in to advocate for our patients and avoid any disruption in care—especially for those covered under Medicare Advantage.

While the MA agreement is an extension and not yet a long-term solution, it ensures stability through the end of the year and gives patients time to make informed decisions during the upcoming annual enrollment period.

Although there was a short period when White River Health was out-of-network with United, because of the new agreements, any care received during that time will be covered at in-network rates.

Most importantly, we want to thank our community. Your patience, trust, and support throughout this process meant everything to us.
