Residents embraced the spirit of Mardi Gras with a joyful celebration filled with tradition, flavor, and fun. The festivities featured a classic King Cake!

Beyond the sweet treats, residents enjoyed learning about the rich history and cultural roots of Mardi Gras, from its early beginnings in medieval Europe to its vibrant celebrations in New Orleans. Conversations highlighted the meaning behind the season, traditional customs, and the significance of parades, music, and community gatherings.

The celebration was filled with festive décor, lively music, and plenty of laughter, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere. It was a wonderful opportunity for residents to connect, reminisce, and experience the joy and culture of Mardi Gras together — proving it’s never too late to let the good times roll!

Today, we honor the leaders who shaped our nation with courage, conviction, and a vision for the future.

On President’s Day, we reflect on the values that unite us — service, perseverance, integrity, and community. These are the same values we cherish every day at Sinceri Senior Living.

Many of the residents we’re privileged to serve have lived through pivotal moments in our country’s history. Their stories, experiences, and wisdom are living reminders of the strength and resilience that define America.

Today we enjoyed delicious, sweet treats prepared by our very own Chef Barb and her amazing kitchen crew. Happy hour was filled with music, laughter, and joy as Connor Kirk had everyone singing and dancing, spreading lots of love just in time for Valentine’s Day weekend.

Our King and Queen were proudly announced, and as you can see, they wore their crowns with great pride!

In continuation of Activities Professional Week, we would like to recognize Sarah S.

Sarah has been on board for roughly two months and jumped right into the swing of things. She brings compassion, Southern charm, creativity, and a genuine love for our residents. Her upbeat attitude truly shines through, and we’re grateful to have her as part of our team.

Today we shared a short poem to reflect how wonderful our activity staff truly is to our community.

With gentle hands and hearts so wide,
You walk each day right by our side.
