Being a living kidney donor (or living liver donor) offers a great option for individuals on the transplant list, reducing waitlist time and leading to better long-term outcomes!

Living donors don't have to be related to their recipients. On average, 1 in 4 living donors are not biologically related to the recipient.

American Heart Month is here! The American Heart Association has set a goal of doubling the cardiac arrest survival rate by 2030. In every cardiac emergency, the real first responder is not always a uniformed professional but an everyday bystander.

Saving a life takes knowledge and courage, not medical training. If a teen or adult collapses, start Hands-Only CPR. It has just two steps: Call 911, then push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help arrives.
