Forest Hill Physical Therapy is a staple in the community and continues to evolve to meet the needs of our patients. To that end, we have expanded our services beyond the facility and into Essex County and surrounding counties. Our goal is to deliver optimal care during each session to help patients reach their maximal functional level and provide personalized self-management tools to maintain improved flexibility, strength, and/or balance. It is important to us that our patients maintain results after discharge. As the first Patient-Centered Connected Care physical therapy practice in New Jersey recognized by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA), we have designed our own C.A.R.E. promise, which is to provide:
