Services among 7 offices across Delaware include Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Whole-Body Cryotherapy, Massage, Functional Nutrition, Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression and Rehabilitation. In practice as well as online, we strive for excellence-so thank you for taking the time to visit our page! Our approach is simple. We believe that health is among our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they’ve lost their health, our commitment is two-fold:

1. Relief Care
When many people seek care in our office they have one goal: relief. So that’s where we start! During this initial stage of intensive care, we have several obligations:

Uncover the underlying cause of the health problem
Suggest a care plan to produce the fastest results possible
Offer ways patients can participate in their recovery
Explain the value of post-symptomatic wellness care

2. Wellness Care
We encourage our patients to achieve the highest levels of health they can. Through educational opportunities (like this website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care. Our desire is to see our practice members abandon the prevailing sickness care model of health (waiting for symptoms and then taking action), in favor of the emerging wellness model. I’m Sarah 👋🏻

I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) in Delaware. I have a passion for helping clients get to the root cause of their health issues and get them back to feeling their best!

Some of the issues I love to help with are disordered eating, mental health and trauma-informed nutrition, gut issues, inflammation, musculoskeletal issues, and many more! I also have additional training in the Intuitive Eating approach.

Wherever you are in life, I want to see you thrive. I use a holistic approach which includes dietary changes, supplementation when warranted, lifestyle modifications, and sometimes, just letting you talk things out! We aren’t black and white, and neither is my approach. We do what’s best for YOU.
