All our services are currently offered in English, Spanish, Creole, and Portuguese, we accept all insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid as well as self-pay. Our Mission A Federally Qualified Health Center providing full-spectrum quality primary care in a culturally competent setting regardless of ability to pay.

⚠️ Important Update for NJ SNAP Recipients ⚠️

The State of New Jersey has announced that if the federal government shutdown continues, November 2025 SNAP benefits will not be available on November 1.

If you receive SNAP food assistance, please check your NJ Families First account at NJFamiliesFirst.com
or call 800-997-3333 before shopping to confirm if your benefits are available.

✅ Benefits loaded before October 31, 2025, will remain usable.
✅ SNAP applications and recertifications will continue to be processed.
🚫 New November benefits will not be posted until funding resumes.

Our services include: Pediatric Health, WIC, Vaccines, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Health, Sports Medicine, Family Planning, OBGYN, Social Work, Integrated Behavioral Health, Laboratory Services, and Pharmacy Services. We're here to serve all residence of the community and beyond. Accepting all insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid, and self pay.
