💛 On October 15, we gathered with love and remembrance at the 8th Annual Wave of Light event organized by Julia’s Light Foundation . This special evening honored over 50 precious babies gone too soon, each one deeply loved and forever cherished. Families lit candles, shared stories, and found connection in a community that understands. As we beamed our love into the sky, we were reminded that we are not alone. Pregnancy and infant loss affects 1 in 4 families, and together, we shine a light of hope and healing.

DIRM is honored to sponsor this meaningful night, supporting families and raising awareness on Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Day.🤍

✨ PCOS Awareness Month: Celebrities Who Shared Their Journeys ✨

PCOS (polycystic o***y syndrome) affects 1 in 10 women of reproductive age — yet so many of us feel isolated by our symptoms. These courageous women opened up about their own experiences so you know: your feelings are absolutely valid, your struggles are valid, and help is possible.

Here’s a little more about what each of these women has shared:

Keke Palmer
She spoke out about adult acne, excess facial hair, and the frustration of her skin not being understood or taken seriously. What finally helped was recognizing there was something deeper than just skincare — and that she deserved clear answers.

Victoria Beckham
Despite being a mom of four today, her path wasn’t easy. PCOS and infertility made conceiving especially for her youngest a struggle. She’s been open about facing pregnancy speculation, and finally choosing to respond with honesty: sharing that her journey included fertility treatments and uncertainty.

Bebe Rexha
She has spoken about the mental and emotional weight of PCOS — weight gain, body image, and the pressures of expected appearance, especially in the public eye. She reminds us that symptoms like these are common, but the internal experience is deeply personal.

Lori Harvey
From her teen years, she battled painful periods, acne, abnormal hair growth, and weight changes — symptoms that doctors often dismissed. She shares how being heard and understood changed her life, and how finally getting a proper diagnosis of PCOS and endometriosis brought relief and validation.

💛 If you’re reading this, maybe feeling alone or overwhelmed with PCOS: you’re not. Many people — famous or not — feel what you feel. Your symptoms are real, your voice matters, and your journey toward health, self-understanding, and support is valid. You are seen. You are heard. You are never alone. ✨

Despite its name, not everyone with PCOS has ovarian cysts. In fact, many people with PCOS have small follicles in their ovaries that can appear similar to cysts on an ultrasound—but they are not the same thing. And importantly, some people with PCOS don’t develop these follicles at all.

PCOS looks different for everyone, which is why it’s so important to seek personalized care and support. 💕

We’re continuing to share PCOS myths and facts all month long to bring clarity to this common but frequently misunderstood condition. 🌸
