Family Support Program Manager

Autism Delaware is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to step into a meaningful leadership role supporting families impacted by autism across the state.
This is not a high-volume clinical role. Itโs a people-centered leadership position for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, strengthening systems, collaborating with partners, and leading with compassion.

๐ Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical and case supervision to Family Support Providers
Support staff development through coaching, training, and mentorship
Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and documentation standards
Collaborate with internal teams and community partners statewide
Represent Autism Delaware in systems-level and collaborative meetings
Strengthen services for families navigating autism supports

Qualifications
๐ Masterโs degree in a behavioral health field
๐ชช Active professional licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or similar)
๐ฅ Experience supervising or leading a team
๐งฉ Knowledge of autism and family support systems
๐ฌ Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
๐ Commitment to a respectful, collaborative, mission-driven workplace
Lived experience as a parent of a child with autism is welcomed.
