The Safe Space At The Safe Space, the goal is to help clients free themselves from self-imposed limitations and come to a deeper understanding of their authentic life goals.

My role is to act as a guide and remind you of your ability to cope with life's stressors. I do not work with pre-teens, children, or mandated persons (i.e. someone wants them to go to therapy but they really do not want to).
