About Us

In 2014, LICCO, Inc. and Hopewell Industries (HWI) entered into the first alliance of privatized providers in the state of Ohio. Late in 2016, Muskingum Starlight Industries, Inc. (MSI) jointed the Alliance with HWI and LICCO. The Fuse Network formed of the entities merger.

All three organizations began as a component unit of their respective County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CBDD). Families and the CBDD had developed schools for children with developmental disabilities but as the children grew up it was very apparent that services were needed for adults with disabilities. To meet the needs of adults with disabilities and continue to provide training Workshops were created.
