The FCLC will be open on Monday, February 23rd, 2026 with appointment scheduling beginning at 3:30 PM, Physicians start time may vary. We highly encourage you to call and make your appointment to ensure the best care possible. We are also open for clinic on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026 with appointment scheduling beginning at 11:00 AM and our physician available starting at 1:00 PM. Again we highly encourage you to call and make your appointment. While we do accept walk-ins, please note that they are limited. If you choose to walk in, we recommend arriving right at the start of clinic hours and being prepared for a wait as we work to accommodate you.
Additionally, we request that all new and established patients bring a photo ID, verification of their current address and proof of household income, such as your federal tax return.

Heart attack symptoms can occur suddenly. If you or someone you care for is experiencing symptoms of a heart attack, call 911 immediately. Do not drive to the Hospital! By calling 911, emergency medical services (EMS) providers can begin evaluating, monitoring, and treating the patient immediately upon arrival, transporting the patient to the Hospital in the shortest amount of time. EMS technicians are equipped with knowledge and life-saving equipment in case the patient’s heart stops beating during transport. Licking Memorial Hospital (LMH) has provided area EMS with the capability to transmit an electrocardiogram (EKG) electronically to the LMH Emergency Department. This allows the ED physician and staff to evaluate the EKG and notify the Cardiac team prior to the patient’s arrival to expedite emergency care.

NEW HOURS! Licking Memorial Hospital Women’s Imaging Center now offers Walk-in Wednesdays for screening mammograms from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No appointment or provider referral needed! Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. This service is for screening mammograms only. For more information, please call (220) 564-4718.
