With a current blood shortage impacting hospitals nationwide, our University Hospital community stepped up when it mattered most.

In partnership with the New York Blood Center, we came together for our February 2026 Blood Drive. This year, our donors didn’t just give blood, they shared why they give. Their words say it best: every donation is a second chance for someone in need.

Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and made a difference. Be on the lookout for our next drive later this spring! 🩸
