If they’re walking in, I already know what time it is 😂

My faithful breakfast crew aka the unofficial “board of directors” pulls up every morning like they own shares in Nutrition Station. 🌱

Same seats, same energy, same jokes…
Shakes in one hand, Lit Teas in the other.
Opinions loud, jokes louder.
Honestly, I’m not sure if they come for the nutrition or the daily roast session 🤔
They swear they come for the “nutrition”…
but let’s be honest….it’s 50% fuel, 50% roast session.

Either way, they stay showing up, staying consistent, and staying fueled for their day…
so I guess we’ll keep ‘em 🫶🏽
