A MetCon (short for metabolic conditioning) is a workout designed to improve how efficiently your body produces and uses energy. It typically involves:
π₯ Short, intense intervals of movements like squats, burpees, swings, runs, or row intervals
β±οΈ Minimal rest, keeping your heart rate high
β‘ A blend of strength + cardio, challenging multiple energy systems
ποΈ Functional movements, often done for rounds, reps, or time
