We had a wonderful time at 2026 LMH caregiver's expo 💙

We loved connecting with so many caregivers, families, and community partners. These opportunities to have real conversations about resources, support, and skilled nursing services are so important — and always energizing!

Our team enjoyed sharing information about our ventilator unit, in-house dialysis, and skilled nursing services, plus meeting so many amazing people doing incredible work for seniors in our community.

And of course… the appreciation basket was a big hit! 🎁🌸

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table — we truly appreciate the opportunity to connect and collaborate.
