I spent a few years traveling to learn new ways of connecting to a deeper, full life. Diving deep into wellness. I came into massage for my own healing. Experiencing profound transformation as a result of receiving bodywork and I became hungry to learn more and share the power of massage with others. After losing family and the grieving process, I learned to refine my general interest in wellness and pursue a new way to help others heal. As a student at the institute of Sanative Arts studying massage therapy and my blend of knowledge fro the anatomy of the body and mind for massage therapy. I am interested in cultivating health, peace and bliss through my massage body work. My intention is to use my practice to help my client deep peace and radiant energy and full body relaxation in their wellness journey. Massage is a way we can release. Our lives get stuck in our tissues. When we release these thing there is an experience of 'Coming Home' to the body. When we feel at home in our bodies, we experience greater ease, joy and open connection to others. I create body work that is centered around listening with my hands. I invite my clients to participate their wellness experience by using breath and intention to encourage their body to unwind, welcoming clients to a safe space and to just be within.

Taking care of your body isn’t a luxury — it’s part of staying healthy, balanced, and able to handle everything life throws at you.

When your body is relaxed and your mind is calm, everything else becomes a little easier. Massage therapy is a simple way to care for your body so you can continue showing up for the things that matter most.
