This list is 💯 on point! Not all change occurs in a monumental fashion…in fact, most changes do not. They are often incremental and subtle. Give yourself credit along the way! Catching yourself in the moment and increasing your awareness allows you to begin to do something different. It is the start of a new pattern and hope for long lasting change 🌟
