Registration for Breaking Barriers 2026 closes April 15,
and we're not going to pretend that date isn't sneaking up fast.

This is the room where parents stop white-knuckling it alone.
Where self-advocates get to lead the conversation for once.
Where the question isn't "can they?" because we already know they can.

Free for individuals with a disability and their direct family members.
Lunch included. Sessions built by people who've lived this.

Is it too soon to start a daily countdown? The event of the year is coming soon, and we are so excited to meet you. Connections NW invites you to celebrate our official launch into serving the Portland metro area with a community celebration at The People’s Court event center. This all ages event is open to the entire community. There will be games, catered food, activities, and more! Customers, DSPs, and community partners are all invited. Please share with your friends in the Portland area. No rsvp is needed for the event. You can just show up ready for some fun.
