It’s 2025. Let’s stop teaching myths

The psoas is deep.. really deep. Like buried under layers of muscle, organs and fascia.

“Sexy tricks” don’t outweigh sound clinical reasoning and thinking.

Let’s do better. Our patients deserve it

Sometimes we are the limiter…

If we flinch everytime a patient says “ouch”, we’re teaching them to fear pain.

We can’t guide recovery if we’re terrified of discomfort. Pain isn’t always the enemy.. it’s information.

Confidence comes from understanding pain, not avoiding it.

Let’s re-write the narrative. Swap “be careful” with “you’ve got this!”
