Picklebal has brought so may opportunities into my life and I am so blessed! Between the amazing people I have met and friendships I have built to the business opportunities with my mobile PT practice and now to coaching opportunities. I had the pleasure to coach a two day clinic for The Boulders Pickleball club this past week. We had 12 amazing players come and work hard and learn to become a little uncomfortable while they stretched themselves in some new ways of thinking and playing. Unfortunately we didn’t get any pictures from the clinic but these ladies went UNDEFEATED in their league match today! They stepped on the court confident and ready to put into play the skills they had just learned. I can’t wait to see them in a few more months after drilling and playing together as a team. Special thanks to Vernon Fuller and for inviting me down to join in the fun!

Recovery is important!! Don’t forget to take time for yourself off the pickleball court.
After two long and competitive days at the ATPL Nationals in El Mirage AZ bringing home the Gold with Side Out Sisters, I spent some time in the pool relaxing and getting a little yoga done before getting on a plane for home.

What an amazing first run the Side Out Sisters had down in Texas at the Triple Team Nationals! After 36 games in 3 days, we came out with silver 🥈These ladies came to compete and compete we did! We finished our round robin play Saturday evening at 10:30 pm with a win and started into the playoffs the next morning at 8 am with another win. In the final match the other team came out strong and the balls didn’t bounce our way. But we have one more try out with the ATPL Nationals in Az in another week. Stay tuned for the next update! Big shout out to all the Side Out sisters who got us this far! They are the best!!

I am so proud of these ladies that are battling out here in Texas! We have played 12 hard fought games for the last two days and are sitting in a 3 way tie for second place going into the semifinals tomorrow. It’s 10:30 Texas time and we just got off the courts and will be starting up again for two more matches starting at 8 am and 11:30. We may be a little banged up but with the right recovery tonight and solid warm ups in the morning, we will be good to go!! These Side Out ladies have learned all the right ways to reset for tomorrow so watch out! If you want to learn how to stay in the game you love, I would love to help you out.

Come out and watch the top men’s players in Oregon compete in the Oregon Team Cup at today! Side Out Sport Rehab is onsite to keep the players on the court competing and moving at their best.

Just got in two of the new generation paddles from . Tried them out this morning at Pickleball Kingdom and loved them!! The ball comes off the paddle so easy and effortlessly. I actually have to work on not hitting so hard! Looking forward to dialing these in and I’m pretty sure it’s going to be hard to choose which one to play with, the Alpha or Profoam. Check out the matrix to see how they compare. Let me know when you want to try one!
If you are dealing with “pickleball elbow” you might try the Profoam out. It has a nice soft feel along with some good power👊

It’s starting out to be a busy and fun summer!! Love this season of work and play! Currently in LaPine at the Frontier Days Tournament. Such good competition and well run tournament. Athletes are so much fun to work with and motivated to stay on the court with whatever it takes👊
Side Out Sports has been successful this summer in both tournament and league play. Starting of with winning the mixed 4.5 50+ Oregon Triple Team league with a great group of athletes! Not all are shown here but all contributed to our success! Also won the first Willamette League Ladies league at 4.0 and waiting to compete for the Championship in the Oregon Team League against with Central Oregon winner.
To round out the week, and I got on the podium for our first tournament since last year. Great to have her back in Oregon!!

Oregon Women’s Team Cup is happening today. Come out and see the top women play pickleball all day!! is onsite keeping the athletes on the court!!

Had the opportunity to work and play this weekend at the 4th Annual Illahe Open. Always love working on players to keep them on the courts! Stepped on the court Saturday to dip my toes into young mixed 4.5 with . We had a strong start but didn’t finish as well as we would have liked. Sunday was a different story! Played with Kristy Paratore and we didn’t lose a match the whole day. Even though competition was tough, Kristy kept us focused and laughing the whole day🤣. Thank you for all the volunteers that kept the games moving .
