I was on a call last week where I learned more about InTune.
I scan for this quite often but do not yet have it on hand.

One of the cool things I learned is that the kids “thinker” blend is an amazing substitute. I have one on hand and one available for purchase.

After I got off the call I started to do some research. Why do I keep scanning for this? What are the benefits it provides?

Here’s what I found:

Intune was designed for attention and focus. This blend is very versatile due to its ingredients of patchouli, frankincense, lime, ylang ylang, hawiian sandalwood, and Roman chamomile.

Some of its uses are:
-calming of the mind/ meditation/grounding
-hyperactive children
-blood pressure and muscle tension or head tension
-Mitigating distractions

Gout is a painful inflammatory condition characterized by recurrent attacks of red, hot, swollen, and tender joints due to the buildup of monosodium urate monohydrate crystals in the joint. It is estimated that from 1% to 4% of the population suffers from gout, with older men being the most affected.

Oral administration of beta-caryophyllene, the primary component of copaiba essential oil and also found in black pepper, cananga, melissa, and other essential oils, reduced gout symptoms in experimental models. The constituent reduced inflammation and improved joint function by modifying the expression of several proteins involved in gout and inflammation.

When I think of clove my mind always drifts into the oral health aspects or baking holiday foods.

Today I re-learned because I’ve heard it in a class before. That clove is wonderful for supporting digestion/digestive discomfort.

I smell like a cinnamon roll with my other oils on. But thought that was a cool fact to kick off this beautiful morning.

Consider putting a couple drops on your vacuum filter for a great smelling house after you vacuum.
