Meet Dave! We are incredibly lucky to have him as our Environmental Services Director. From the floors to the roof, there isn’t much he doesn’t know about this building. What really sets Dave apart is how he invites our residents into what he does – creating opportunities for them to stay engaged, contribute, and fill a sense of purpose. Our care staff truly gets to know our residents; the food and drinks they like, who is an early riser and who sleeps late, what kind of music each one likes. It’s a special kind of caring- not just for needs but preferences and what makes our residents happy.
