Bravo! Genial! Wonderful! Dr. Arielle Schwartz

I am teaching a trauma training today for a group based in Italy, and they opened it up to Turkish therapists with Turkish interpreters. As we began, I dedicated the training to those impacted by the earthquake and I saw the tears from many of the participants. We need to hold grief in community. My heart is full.

The cup is fully loaded with their understanding, no place for more, unless they are ready to empty part of it. People that don’t see it are not questioning themselves.

Remember we can never control the choices, actions, and behaviors of other people. Never. So don't waste your energy thinking that you can, instead let them be who they are.
