I thought i wanted a more defined chin and jawline but instead it took away the feminine contours i like most about my face.

My experience with fillers (for facial rejuvenation) has been magical, until i began changing the natural shape of my face. Admittedly, i took it a little too far.

Through my own experience as both the patient and injector, I have a unique understanding
of when to say no or suggest a less is more approach. I also have a keen eye for when fillers need to be reversed. At times poorly placed fillers can distort our appearance or restrict natural animations. And there are times when it’s simply time we refresh and start over, especially if filler has accumulated over time. We know now fillers last a whole heck of a lot longer than we once believed.

Over this last year, I have become passionate about helping other women reverse filler in their faces that is simply not serving them any longer.

GLP-1 and the undeniable effects weight loss has had on the face, such as volume loss, skin laxity and lack luster skin.

Tuesday night , Galderma hosted an educational dinner highlighting the first ever clinical study held to prove the impact of both Sculptra and dermal fillers to restore skin integrity and improve appearance of aged appearance post GLP-1! It was a magical evening for both Olivia and I, as we see clinically everyday the impact of Sculptra and small amounts of Restylane dermal fillers giving our patients their confidence back!
Now it’s finally proven in the first ever clinical study, we couldn’t be happier!

Over the last two years, I have had the pleasure of helping hundreds of women restore their confidence post weight loss from GLP-1. While the weight loss success is quite the achievement, many of these women are now battling the sometimes negative effects it has caused to their faces. Many complain of hollow undereyes, sunken cheek volume, new lines and folds and lack luster, dull skin.

Sculptra, as you know is a tool I find extremely valuable. As a biostimulator, it restores volume and improves skin integrity so naturally- there is no risk over looking overdone (at least not here at HVBL). I am extremely confident using this product and now am even more confident in approaching facial rejuvenation post GLP-1 with Sculptra as a first line treatment, dermal fillers are the icing on the cake- giving back structure and support and providing a natural cohesive outcome. Music to my ears!

11/20 I will be hosting a special training day for our newest RN injector. Under the guidance of both and I, Olivia will be guided through our advanced injecting techniques including a mini facial balancing session, upper face use of neuromodulators (tox) and lip filler.

Model must have no previous lip filler, no residual use of tox and no facial fillers. There will be a $500 model sitting fee. $250 will be taken as a deposit if you are chosen and will be non-refundable if cancelled within two weeks of training day.

We are not reinventing the wheel here when it comes to enhancing beauty and restoring confidence, we just happen to pour our hearts into our patients.

Instagram is inundated with a ton of the “next best thing” and it can be extremely confusing to a person simply wondering where to start.

At HVBL WE KEEP IT SIMPLE. In fact our recipe for beautification has involved several of the same modalities over the years that never seem to fail us.

Low Depth Microneedling with Toskani Serums- taking your results to the next level, minimal down time and fantastic results for your skin and under eyes.

Dysport (similar to Botox but lasts a bit longer, in fact the majority of our patients prefer it over other toxins) we do carry Botox for those who come in asking for it, however once they try Dysport they tend to want to continue using.

We used Dysport full face and neck. You can appreciate the contouring of her jawline 🤯. Using dysport or botox in the lower face will released downward tension on the midface, jawline and neck.

I could only choose 20 out of 265 photos— what an incredibly difficult task for one of the most magical days of my life. (I don’t not say this lightly).

My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude, this village! A village of incredible women (and a handful of men also!) created over almost 4 years. A community that I would not trade in for the world!

It’s more than beauty, more than vanity, more than “looking younger,” - it’s a cultivation of love, kindness, culture and serenity.

Reviewing photos from our Grand Opening event last month further validates what we are doing here at Hudson Valley Beauty Lab and Medispa, nestled right here in the heart of Newburgh has broken barriers that even I couldn’t have imagined.

Thank you to every single one of you who celebrated with us.

Recently, I completed my second observation of a deep plane facelift, neck lift, and lip lift surgery. This repeated exposure builds upon my initial insights, refining my understanding of facial anatomy, its synergy with injectables, and the delivery of safe, advanced skin treatments for my patients.

This second session, specifically ‘deep plane’ enabled me to catch subtle nuances I overlooked the first time, sharpening my skills to provide even safer and more effective care.

It was an honor to observe Dr. Sean Alemi at his practice in Manhattan, NY. You may have caught him in recent mainstream TV interviews or magazine features—he’s generating quite the buzz far and wide. I was thrilled when he graciously accepted my request to shadow him during a surgery a couple of months ago.

A deep plane facelift is an advanced surgical technique that rejuvenates the face by targeting sagging skin, muscle, and fat in the midface, lower face, and neck. Unlike traditional facelifts that mainly tighten the skin, this method addresses deeper structures—specifically the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) and underlying tissues—repositioning them for natural, long-lasting results.
