I am writing to share some exciting news about the future of your care. I am pleased to share that effective April 1, 2026, my practice will be part of the new Deaconess Clinic Obstetrics & Gynecology โ Newburgh program.
We will continue to be located in my current office space at 4727 Rosebud Lane, Suite D Newburgh, IN. Ciara Hammer, FNP-C and I are remaining involved in this practice full-time with no plans to change our commitment to you. We will continue to work collaboratively as a team, sharing medical information and coordinating treatment plans to ensure you receive high quality, comprehensive care.
To support our growing patient population and enhance your access to care, we will have additional physicians and practitioners joining our office in providing this care.
Just as Ciara and I have used this team based approach for the last 10 years, please be assured that we are all committed to working together to deliver the same level of care well into the future. Our goal throughout this transition is to maintain and enhance the exceptional level of care you have come to expect.
