Thursday December 25th - Saturday December 27th.
Back in office Monday December 29th. 2025

Thursday , January 1st. - Saturday January
3rd. Back in office Monday January , 5th. 2026

Dr Moin's vacation : January 19th - February 2nd.

We just heard today that Medicine Chest in Vails Gate, has closed their doors for good. All records have been sent to Walgreen (845-562-4010) also in Vails Gate. If this is good for you, just remind Dr Moin it's Wallgreens now. Or you may pick any pharmacy you want. Please make SURE they are accepting new patients. Thank You !
