Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this position will be sample collection from our client locations and returning the samples to the laboratory located in Newburgh. The successful candidate must have a clean driving record. Salary for this position will begin at $12 an hour. Candidates must live within 0-20 miles of the facility to be considered.

This posting is for a Part-time position working weekdays between 7:30am to 5:00pm. The expected number of hours should range from 10-15 Hours/Week.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform standard EDD tasks (create, modify, troubleshoot) according to documented standard operating procedures and client or industry specs.

* Assist Project Manager/Customer Service with project related tasks and requests.

* Log and classify technical issues and requests.

* Ensure accuracy and completion of standard processing and reporting.

* Troubleshoot data and system related issues and escalate appropriately.

* Develop deliverables with internal LIMS programming language to perform text processing and data manipulation tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Coursework in computer programming highly advantageous.

* General experience in programming (e.g. NET, java, Perl, SQL scripting).

* Working knowledge of W2003 server / networking environments and Microsoft Office.

* Strong attention to detail. Able to strictly follow documented processes.

* Able to effectively multi-task, and manage multiple priorities.

* Superior problem solving skills and judgment

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Understanding and ability to communicate using technical terminology.

* Ability to work independently and as a member of a close team in fast-paced deadline intensive environment.

* Have a strong desire to learn continually and grow professionally.

* Background in relevant technical fields preferred.

* Knowledge of electronic discovery technologies strongly preferred.
