Wild Thing - Camatkarasana

This pose is often called the "flip your dog" pose. Itโ€™s a playful, heart-opening backbend that combines strength, balance, and freedom of movement. It's one that makes me feel like I finally got some flexibility going in my body. There are variations for Every Body!!! But don't try this pose if you have carpal tunnel or rotator cuff problems.
