As your lead instructor, I’ve witnessed intense transformations over this past year. I’ve seen you step into your voice, your courage, your truth.
I’ve seen your struggles, your laughter, your questions, your growth.
And I want you to know this: You are ready.
You’re ready to teach, to guide.
You’re ready to continue learning (PLEASE DON’T STOP LEARNING)
Just as your practice doesn’t end when you roll up your mat, yoga doesn’t end with graduation. This is the beginning. You now carry this practice into your families, your communities, your relationships. The world needs conscious, compassionate leaders, and I am proud to say that’s who you are.
So as you step out of this training and into the role of teacher, may you remember this:
Stay curious
Stay grounded
And most importantly, stay connected to yourself, to your breath, and to your path.
I am deeply honored to have been part of your journey. Thank you for showing up, for trusting my guidance, and for your commitment. And thank you for allowing me to witness the unfolding of your light.
Congrats, teachers. The world is lucky to have you.
