A 32-year-old woman with autism who attends the Community Independence Program (CIP) enjoys collecting recyclables as part of her day program activities.

She works with her group to bring recyclables to Hannaford Supermarkets, that partner with the CLYNK recycling program. The day program has an account with CLYNK, allowing them to deposit bottles and cans and collect the refunds.

When the account builds up enough funds, the group uses the money to purchase ingredients and supplies for their cooking club. ♻
