We are a family practice focused on quality healthcare located in Newburgh, IN owned and operated by Our goal is to be a "one stop shop" for patients.

Plaza Park Family Practice, LLC is the tristate's first medical practice for family healthcare entirely owned and operated by family nurse practitioners. Our state-of-the-art medical clinic is led by a strong trio of determined and successful professionals: Carleen Rubel NP-C, Shannon Kratzer NP-C and Elise Schutt NP-C. Dr. Courtney Bender works in conjunction with the nurse practitioners as the collaborative physician. Our team is comprised of a hardworking staff that is committed to quality care for our patients. We work to do as much as possible in house. Although referrals are necessary on occasion. We do procedures like joint injections, skin cancer biopsies and some skin cancer removal, iv antibiotics and fluids in acute illnesses, to a few

We also pride ourselves in trying to see ill patients the same day. No need to pay more and wait hours in an urgent care. We can repair minor lacerations and injuries. We have durable medical equipment in house for injuries. We can treat more complicated cases of acute illnesses like pneumonia in attempt to avoid hospitalization and higher costs. For our patient's convenience, we have early morning and late hours on select days. We accept most insurances. Our goal is to treat your family like our family. We aim to promote wellness and overall health.

We are open today! However, we don’t have any labs today.

Shannon’s patients do not have to come in, she will be doing virtual appointments

Carleen and Elise will be seeing patients at the office today, but will be closing by 5pm to get home safely.

Due to inclement weather, our office will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026. If you did have a scheduled appointment, our nurse practitioners will call you to do a virtual/video visit. If you were a new patient or had a physical scheduled, we will call to reschedule it. Thank you
