Enjoy the melodic sounds of pitched gongs, upbeat African drums, and Zach’s coolest-ever 1920’s vibraphone while moving through a yoga practice. All levels are welcome! We'll be offering it again on December 5 if you can't make it this week.

Sunday May 4
4:30–5:30pm

For the first 25 minutes we'll get moving to a timed workout with an upbeat playlist: "you move at your desired pace." Then we'll slow down, enjoy some stretching, and restore balance to our breath and body. This class starts by raising your energy and then restores it back to "normal" by the time you leave.

No need to pre-register. You can just show up!
