Especially since I only have a few hours per week to practice self care, I want to make sure all the products I’m using have truly clean ingredients.

❌ So many bath salts, bath bombs, bubble baths, and candles contain artificial dyes, undisclosed fragrances and petroleum derived ingredients.

🌱 Instead, I like to use products from brands that use organic and naturally derived ingredients like epsom salts, magnesium, kaolin clay and are only fragranced with essential oils.

I love so much I actually sell them at my store ( ). They make one of the only nontoxic bubble baths so I dont have to waste any of my expensive shampoo on bubbles! 🫧
