April is National Cancer Prevention and Early Detection Month!

In recognition, Hometown Medical Clinic is proud to offer new blood testing options for colon cancer screening.

To kick off this initiative in our community, a representative from Guardant will be in our clinic on April 22, 2026, drawing blood throughout the day.

If you’re unable to attend the event, this testing is also available daily as part of a wellness exam for eligible patients—making it easier than ever to stay proactive about your health.

For the month of April, this test is covered by Medicare and commercial insurance plans.

This monthly group creates a safe space for breast cancer patients to come together, share stories, find encouragement, and walk alongside others who truly understand. There is strength in community — and healing in being heard.

🎄🍬 Wally has been having a sweet time this season!
Last week, he found himself stuck inside a giant peppermint candy—talk about a sticky situation! With hundreds of entries already submitted, it’s clear Wally is a total sucker for all the attention.

For his final hiding spot, Wally is going all out and making it extra tricky… so be sure to look very closely before he sneaks away on Tuesday at Noon!

🎁 Prize drawings will take place at 12:30 PM, and winners will be called shortly after. Photos and winner announcements will be shared as soon as prizes are picked up.
