Week 45 focuses on the foundation of all movement β your feet and ankles. Strong, mobile feet and stable ankles are essential for balance, performance, and injury prevention. This program blends MOBILITY drills, STRENGTH training, and STABILITY work to keep you moving confidently from the ground up.
Weβre targeting the ankles, arches, calves, and stabilizers, building resilience for running, squatting, jumping, and daily activities. By strengthening your feet and improving mobility, youβll unlock better balance, stronger lifts, and smoother overall movement.
