In these times of uncertainty we as Reiki Practitioners need to begin to recharge are inner light.Grounding and centering has never been more important.Take a few moments for yourself, find a quiet space, sit in a comfortable position,straight spine ,shoulders rolled back and down ,crown of the head reaching for the sky. Eyes closed or softening your gaze,begin by turning your intention inward. Bring your awareness to your breath, begin to expand on your breathing ,on your inhalation feel the belly rise and the breath and life force moving to mid abdomen and collarbone,as you exhale feel the breath move down until it reaches your lower belly feeling the navel reach back to your spine.Imagine the universe recharging us with beautiful light and energy with each inhalation and with each exhalation cleansing us from stress anxiety and suffering .Taking our hands to prayer over our hearts❤️🙏 I wish for you all strength and inner light looking forward to seeing all of you soon..
