Due to the corona virus the state has recommended dental offices close for approximately 3 weeks. During this time we will be open for EMERGENCIES ONLY! Karen will be in the office Monday-Thursday 9:00-12:00 to schedule emergencies with Dr Bates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00- 12:00. You may leave a message on the machine @ 716 778-7449 and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be advised that our office is open for patient care, our office is always kept clean and we always maintain high standards for sterilization and disinfection.
During this health crisis we are taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. If you have any respiratory symptoms or any other cold and flu symptoms , please call the office to reschedule your appointment. Any patients who have been out of the country recently are asked to reschedule for at least 14 days after their return.
Please call us with any questions or concerns. We will keep our patients updated with any changes that may come about in the coming days.
