Today is not just a day off of school (or work for some), today is a day to reflect on the dedication and sacrifice that those who have served in our Armed Forces have given so that we have the freedoms to HAVE a day off. If we experience a strong emotional reaction there is typically an underlying reason. The next time you are upset by something take a moment to reflect on what you are truly upset about. It may be the first step to being able to more effectively manage your emotions in the future.
