Been sitting a lot this week? Whether it’s driving, computer work, or lounging on the couch, your body craves an on-the-spot reset. Try these simple seated moves to release tension and wake things back up, no yoga mat required.

1️⃣ Gentle Backbend – open the chest and counter all that forward hunching.
2️⃣ Forward Fold – let your head hang heavy and lengthen the back of your legs + spine.
3️⃣ Twist and Side Bends– wring out stiffness through your spine + shoulders and stretch out the ribs to create more space to breathe.
✨ Bonus: Find opportunities to get a short walk in. Even a few minutes brings fresh energy.

A few mindful minutes can do wonders for tired hips, shoulders, and your head, too. 🌿

It's a big week at Village Yoga! We have not one but TWO special classes for you!

✨ On Friday, Jed and Kirk return to the studio for a Sound Bath and Immersion. Experience the bliss of letting go and allowing the sound waves to carry you gently.

🥰 On Sunday, Betty is teaching a special "Seasons of the Self" Class. This 90 minute practice will weave together meditation, breath awareness, and supported restorative yoga postures to create a sanctuary of rest and renewal.

🌀 Friday Nov. 14th 7:00-8:30pm- Sound Immersion- Join Kirk and Jed for an immersive experience of sound and vibration in a session designed to clear energetic and muscle tension, guiding you to healing within and bringing you and your nervous system into deep restorative relaxation.
