Welcome, Josh our new provider!

Joshua Duggan is a Board Certified Physician Assistant since 2008. Starting with a fascination with genetics, biochemistry, and cell biology during his undergraduate years at Stony Brook University in New York, Joshua taught science in high school for several years before enrolling in the advanced level Physician Assistant Program at Touro College in Bayshore, New York, where he earned a Master’s degree.

After a few years practicing as a Physician Assistant in New York, Joshua and his wife found that New Hampshire’s Seacoast had a lot to offer their family and relocated to raise their daughters. He remains excited to serve the Seacoast community by being part of a team that provides excellent medical care, enables him to appropriately diagnose and treat patients, and allows him to educate patients about their health conditions and recommended treatments in a way that is understandable and empowers patients to actively participate in their own care.

I wanted to share success. After working with my doctor I am now able to go over 8 weeks between boosters! My pain level doesn't get over a five which I can handle with minor adjustments. We have tweaked my ketamine dose, added magnesium, adjusted the comfort meds that go with an infusion. I've made tweaks to my diet to try and stay anti-inflammatory. If I can maintain where I am I can have a quality life. No, it's not a fix to go back to being an EMT or not be disabled, but I am enjoying life and not just getting through it.

There is hope, I just refused to give up on myself.
