Hi all, Katie and Heather here ❤️

Today, Del Soul Spa turns 8 years old, and we’re feeling every bit of the emotion that comes with looking back at how far we’ve come. When we opened our doors eight years ago, we had big dreams, a lot of heart, and the hope that we could create a space where people felt truly cared for. We never imagined the journey would take us here.

From our single cozy space in Newington, we’ve now grown into three beautiful locations under the Del Soul name adding Eliana Spa in Glastonbury in 2021, and Hush Spa in Southington in 2025. Each one has its own personality, its own energy, but all share the same intention: to offer warmth, healing, and community while creating a safe space for our team to do what they love.

Walking this path together — as cousins, business partners, and most importantly friends — has been one of the greatest gifts of our lives. Every late night, every leap of faith, every win, and every challenge and heartache has been shared side by side.

To our incredible team: you are the light of our spaces. Your talent, compassion, and dedication make these spas what they are. You keep the heartbeat alive within them.

To our loyal clients: thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and growing with us. You’ve allowed us to turn dreams into something real and lasting. Some of you have been with us when Del Soul was just a dream and followed us here, and what a wild ride it has been.

Eight years in, and our gratitude is deeper than ever. We can’t wait to continue growing, expanding, and living in these spaces we’ve created that feel like home.

Hi all, Katie and Heather here—
Exciting news! We’re back!!! Over the past months, while pouring our energy into opening Hush Spa, we’ve been so grateful for the opportunity to build something new and special. But in the midst of that excitement, one thing has been missing—the simple joy of being hands-on with our amazing clients.

That connection, the conversations, and the care we get to share in every service are the heart of why we do what we do. And that’s why we’re beyond excited to announce that we’re back in action four days a week at both Del Soul and Eliana! Being able to return to these spaces feels like coming home, and we cannot wait to welcome you back into our treatment rooms.

And if you happen to stop by Hush, don’t be surprised if you see us making guest appearances there too—it’s our newest home and we just can’t stay away. 🖤

Thank you, truly, for your continued love and support as we’ve grown into this new chapter. We are so grateful for you and so ready to reconnect, recharge, and share the healing work we’ve missed so much in this growth process.
