Meet Casey!

A graduate of the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy (2016), Casey has spent nearly a decade helping clients reconnect with their bodies—from head to toe—and escape the stress of everyday life.

With experience in spas, chiropractic care, and as an independent contractor, she brings a well-rounded, intuitive approach to every session. Her signature style? Eclectic. Think deep tissue with a twist—blending tools, stretching, and techniques that promote both wellness and relaxation.

Casey also offers Swedish, cupping, and myofascial release, with a focus on identifying and correcting the root cause of discomfort so the body can truly heal.

When she’s not in the treatment room or studying (she’s currently pursuing nursing 👏), you’ll find her powerlifting, deep into a Netflix binge, or lovingly annoying her teenage son.
