For every blessing sent my way,
For all the good I have received
throughout each and every day.

The sweet scent of my garden flowers,
That I've nurtured with love and care,
And all Gods busy bees,
that gather pollen and grace the air.

The green grass that houses insects,
And each tree where birds can nest,
The lakes and ponds where nature thrives,
in each dweller and each guest.

The dragonflies in their mystic flight,
Each butterfly that gives hope,
We are connected in mind and soul
to each being, within the scope.

Sometimes we take for granted
The natural beauty before our eyes,
So take a minute, and spare some thought,
on all these things on which nature relies ...
