Winter tips for warmth in the winter.

To keep ni***es warm in winter, especially if breastfeeding (to prevent painful vasospasm), layer clothing, use wool or synthetic breast pads (avoid cotton), warm them with hands or compresses, and apply lanolin or olive oil to prevent drying, focusing on keeping your whole body and core warm to maintain circulation. Avoid sudden temperature changes and air-drying them after feeds.
