Root Down Yoga provides our community with good loving kindness. Root Down is committed to sharing the wisdom of yoga in combination with informed evidence based Physical Therapy techniques. Our studio is a supportive and educational atmosphere where you can feel secure and learn how to move safely and efficiently. Develop a healthier, more intuitive relationship with pain and restriction through asana, pranayama and meditation. Ericka’s classes feature unique sequences that emphasize self-awareness and promote physical and emotional strength, flexibility and balance as a state of mind. She includes modifications that accommodate beginners, injury or disease related restrictions and honor fluctuations in energy level. She also offers individual sessions that help support and aide in healing and transformation. Her approach adapts current clinical neuromuscular techniques to traditional asana practice eliciting an undeniably effective union of Body, Mind and Spirit.
